McLaren Vale Ink Shiraz by Grant Burge. The latest addition to the massively popular Ink family. Not to be confused with the Barossa Ink Shiraz (fruit for this one comes from the McLaren Vale, if you couldn’t guess). But it’s made in very much the same style.
We’re talking a big, dark, bold, full bodied, opulent red with lashings of dark, ripe fruits. All delivered with a whopping high alcohol 14.5% bang!
The Burge crew describe this one as “An intensely dark and opulent wine from the heart of the McLaren Vale, this Shiraz highlights the flavours of the region: plum, milk chocolate and aniseed.”
This is the 2023 release of the Grant Burge McLaren Vale Ink Shiraz and we’re tipping it to be another star in the Ink lineup.
