Sorry, this one’s a sell out!

Pirra…pirri…mimimi…mimma. Pirramimma McLaren Vale Cabernet Sauvignon. The name’s a mouthful and so’s the wine!

Made by Pirramimma (all together now pirra-mim-ma!) this full bodied Cabernet Sauvignon is produced using some of the McLaren Vale’s oldest vines and aged in American oak for two years before release. It’s also got massive cellaring potential of  10-15 years!

If you’re thinking. “Hey, didn’t this used to be a $30+ Cabernet?” then you’d be bang on. These days sitting at a little over twenty bucks, this is outstanding bang for your buck!

It’s full of classic Cabernet flavours – blackcurrants, dark berries and plums with a touch of spice. With four years under its belt it’s drinking well now but it’s early days yet, chuck some in the cellar for the next decade or more!
