Johnny Q aka John Quarisa is the undisputed king of value for money Aussie wines. He’s built his reputation off crafting incredible bang for buck Aussie reds – just wait ’til you try his new sparkling brand, LXRY!

Made from the Glera grape (the same as Italian Prosecco) in the Charmat method (the same as Italian Prosecco) which, for you wine geeks out there, is a secondary fermentation in stainless steel tank rather than the bottle like Methode Traditionelle.

The Quarisa family have Italian roots and Johnny wanted to showcase his hand at an Italian style and quality Prosecco but without getting involved in the ongoing legal battle around the use of the word Prosecco on wines outside of Italy. So he came up with LXRY Sparkling Brut.

A Silver medal winner at the NZ International Wine Show this is a crisp, fruity, dry style sparkling that’s offering a heap of value. He’s done it again – go Johnny go!
