Ben Glover’s the winemaker and he needs no introduction. But we’ll give him one anyway. Ben’s got over 25 years experience in the wine game as a winemaker and international wine judge. He’s had some seriously fancy job titles at some big name wine brands but these days he signs off his emails as ‘The Janitor’ and works for the Glover family business down there in Marlborough.

“Bob Short For Kate” will have been picked up by those die hard Blackadder fans out there – from Blackadder Series II where Kate has to disguise herself as a boy to get the job as Lord Blackadder’s manservant.

Kate was Ben’s younger sister who sadly passed away in 2018. She loved the theatre, her family and, ofcourse, Blackadder. This wine is an ode to Kate. As the Glover’s put it – “Simply put, this is love in a bottle.”
