It’s a new look label and the same damn good, award winning wine for Yealands Estate. They’ve dropped Peter from the name (the old boy’s hung up his boots) and launched swanky new look labels featuring the letter “Y” on the front.
Why “Y” you might ask? The “Y” is for Yealands but it’s also the shape of the famous “White Road” that runs through their stunning coastal vineyard there in Marlborough’s Awatere Valley. The road runs right past their Seaview Vineyard, so close to the coastline and Pacific Ocean the sea spray often reaches the vines.
These guys remain as dedicated as ever to being one of Aotearoa’s most environmentally friendly wineries and are Certified CarboNZero.
Yealands Pinot Gris is the classic Marlborough style Pinot Gris. Full of peach, pear and honey flavours with a refreshingly crisp, dryisih finish.
