Using fruit predominantly sourced from their spectacular Sea vineyard site right on the Te Awanga coastline and also the warmer, inland Earth vineyard in the Bride Pa Triangle. It’s mostly hand picked fruit, whole bunch pressed and given 11 months in oak.
This is their latest 2023 vintage and it’s easy to see why their flagship white wine is so popular with Chardonnay lovers! A classic, fresh seaside Chardonnay with a bit of richness added thanks to the portion of warmer inland fruit.
Drink it now or chuck it in your cellar and let it develop over the next five years. For a Master Chef wine and food pairing take our advice and pair this Chardy with chicken ravioli, chestnut puree, butternut, truffle and sage. Divine!
