When Misty Cove celebrated their 5th birthday as a wine producer rather than ice-cream cake and party hats Misty’s owner Andrew and his boutique family owned business decided to get down to work in producing one kick arse, premium and extremely limited edition Pinot Noir to celebrate!

This is their flagship wine and the pride and joy of Andrew (aka Mister Misty Cove) – in his own words “I am extremely proud of this very age-worthy wine, its our ultimate expression of Marlborough Pinot Noir – it’s extremely exclusive for the ultimate wine lover!”

Extremely exclusive is right – and extremely limited. Only 3000 bottles were produced, packaged in premium Burgundy bottles and in flat pack sexy as black Fifth Innings branded wine cases. As for the wine – wow! It’s fully hand crafted from start to finish using the very best whole clusters from their Rapaura vineyard in Marlborough, with 18 months spent in 100% new French oak.

Called Fifth Innings to tie in with both their 5th birthday celebrations and the fact that the owner Andrew is a former professional cricket player – shot bro!
