Look what just hopped out of the burrow, bright eyed and bushy tailed, it’s Rabbit Ranch Bright Eyes White Pinot! It’s the latest addition to the Ranch Ranch family, Central Otago’s cutest and fluffiest range of wines.
Premium Central Otago Pinot grapes were picked and pressed and fermented as white juice. The result is a juicy, lively, refreshing style white. Although just quietly we’d file this one as a Rosé (it’s similar to the super popular Wooing Tree Blondie) – so make sure you chuck it in the fridge and chill it down.
Named Rabbit Ranch after the high country sheep station, owned by Mr McGregor, which became over run with pesky rabbits. After various methods of trying to rid the land of rabbits he decided to plant some vines. Rabbits still run freely on the land today. The odd one’s been spotted chewing on some succulent little Pinot grapes!
Looking to pair your Rabbit Ranch Pinot Noir with a feed? If rabbit stew isn’t your thing you can always turn to a nice summer salad or with light white meat and fish dishes.
Damn, you're looking young for your age!
