Dom Perignon was a 17th Century monk who strived to create the best wine in the world at the time and is dubbed as the spiritual father of Champagne.
Upon drinking his first sip of Champagne he yelled “I’m drinking the stars!” Ironic, as these days it’s the stars who are drinking it. In fact, the rich and famous have been sipping Dom Perignon Champagne for over 90 years since its first release in 1921.

Good wine takes time and no corners are cut when it comes to each bottle of Dom Perignon Champagne. The vintage Blanc spends at least 8 years in the Dom Perignon cellars before release, around 12 years for the Dom Perignon Rosé.
The Dom Perignon P2 (aka Plenitude series) is the Champagne for the VVIP. That spends a minimum of 15 years in the cellars before release.
