Sippin’ on Cienna is like sippin’ on summer! Slightly spritzy, lower in strength at just 8.5% this is a light, refreshing, juicy, sweeter style red that’s got a bit of spritz to it.
First produced in 2000 Cienna is a blend of Sumoll and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. This is the style of wine for those that prefer ’em a bit sweeter or a stepping stone for the non red wine drinker. Try it on your son or daughter that only slugs back those pre-mixed, sugary alco-pops!
Being slightly lower in strength it’s also an ideal option for a lunchtime tipple or with fruit desserts. Don’t forget – sweet wines go great with a spicy Indian curry.
