Those cheeky little devils at Darling Cellars have crafted one hell of a soft, fruity, fresh red that’ll leave you reaching for a second glass in no time. Yep, we’ve been lead into temptation and we’re bloody loving it!
From South Africa’s Western Cape, Darling Cellars are the guys that also make the seductively smooth Chocoholic Pinotage. Cinful Cinsault (pronounced san-so) is producing using the little known grape Cinsault (also called Cinsaut) which originates from the south of France. In the early 1900s Cinsault was crossed with Pinot Noir in South Africa to make Pinotage which has become South Africa’s signature grape!
A crowd pleasing style red but if it’s a romantic dinner for two try whipping up a mushroom risotto or Thai green curry in the kitchen, pour a glass of this and indulge!
