From the producers of the massively popular Harken Barrel Fermented Chardonnay. The gnarly dudes at Cloud Break in California have used premium, ripe Chardonnay grapes from across the region and crafted a barrel fermented, rich and creamy, smooth textured and full bodied Chardonnay. It’ll float the boats of any Chardonnay drinker that’s been digging the likes of Sebastiani, McManis, Bogle and more.
It’s given similar treatment to Harken but made in a more approachable style. It’s rich and creamy style with toasty oak rather that the big, buttery, over the top style of Harken.
A glass of deliciousness from start to finish. You’ll happily knock this one back without food. But if you want to pair it up with a feed at the kai table stick to chicken, pork and pasta dishes…preferably in a rich, creamy sauce!
