Dom Perignon x Jean Michel Basquiat is the latest limited edition in Dom Perignon’s long standing artist series. For over three decades Dom Perignon has collaborated with revolutionary artists and creatives like Andy Warhol, Jeff Koons, Karl Lagerfeld and more recently Lenny Kravitz and Lady Gaga.
In partnership with the estate of famous New York artist Jean Michel Basquiat they’ve launched this limited edition series of Dom Perignon 2015 vintage bottles and gift boxes which draw inspiration from the artist’s 1983 work “In Italian”. Collect all three, line them up together and the artwork is displayed in its entirety.
Jean Michel Basquiat rose to fame in the 1980s with his neo-expressionist paintings and graffiti art. He died aged just 27 but he remains one of the most important and influential artists in the modern art period. In 2017 one his works “Untitled” sold for a record breaking $110 million!
