Elephant Hill are a Hawke’s Bay producer with class and style. They set the bar sky high when it comes to quality and that might be something to do with their German owners, Roger and Reydan Weiss, that spare no expense in running this state of the art winery located on the stunning Te Awanga coastline.

So when the Elephant crew came to craft a Rosé there was only going to be one outcome – all class baby!

The Elephant Hill Le Phant Rose is made from Syrah and Viognier (“vee-on-yay”) grapes from their coastal Te Awanga (SEA), Bridge Pa Triangle (EARTH) and Gimblett Gravels (STONE) vineyards. The result is a light, juicy and dry style Rosé you could almost mistake being from Provence not Hawke’s Bay!

Serve chilled with light summer salads and platters!
