Gin Mare

Gin Mare – a gin that couldn’t be more Mediterranean if it tried.

Each bottle is made at their distillery, a thirteenth century chapel located in an ancient fishing village between the Costa Brava and the Costa Dorada in Spain. Using olives from Spain, rosemary from Greece, basil from Italy and thyme from Turkey.

Looking for the perfect cocktail to whip up with your Gin Mare? Well, it’s got to be Mediterranean of course!

Try the Mare Tini:
60 ml Gin Mare
60 ml Dry vermouth
10 ml Fine sherry
Salt sprinkle

Stir all the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice until chilled, strain and serve into a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with olives and lemon twist.
