Cava is to Spanish sparkling wine what Champagne is to France. Although technically they can’t call it Champagne it’s made in the same way, in NZ we call it “Methode Traditionelle”.
From the heart of Cava country in Catalan and produced using Pinot Noir, Grenache and Monastrell red grapes from 30+ year old vines and aged 9 months before release. A light, salmon pink colour this is a light, refreshing fizz with citrus fruit and red berry flavours.
