Having already crafted one of the biggest selling Aussie reds with a cult like following on both sides of the ditch (Barossa Ink) the guys at Grant Burge sat round the table to brain storm their next wine creation. Think guys, think! Think pink. Pink Ink!

Grant Burge Barossa Pink Ink Dry Rosé. The Burge crew describe this one as “A vibrant and textured rose from the heart of the Barossa, this rose highlights the flavours of the region – cherry and red berry fruits, dry in style, with a creamy mouthfeel and fine acidity turn it into an elegant and easy drinking wine.”

Produced using Mataro and Pinot Noir fruit from the Barossa, this is the 2021 debut release of the Pink Ink and we’re tipping it to be another star in the Ink lineup. Serve Pink Ink chilled and if you’re thinking of a wine and food match think white meats like chicken and fish or light summer salads.
