John. Meshach. Percival. Colin and Grant. They’re the five generations of winemakers from the Burge family that have been banging out big, bold, delicious Barossa wine (especially Shiraz) since 1811.

With the price of fruit in the Barossa region going up finding quality Shiraz at this price is a tough gig, but these guys seem to do it year after year.

This is their latest 2022 release and it’s the benchmark style we’ve come to love. A medium to full bodied style Shiraz with loads of rich dark berry fruit flavours and super smooth tannins. It is lip smackingly delicious, trust us you’ll be reaching for that second glass in no time.

You’ll happily slurp Grant Burge 5th Generation Shiraz with or without kai (but we do recommend a lovely big juicy slab of beef fillet!) but if you want to put some aside for later it’ll comfortably sit in the cellar for another 7-8 years yet.
