Hãhã – it’s no laughing matter, just seriously great quality, bang for your buck wines from Marlborough and Hawke’s Bay.
The Hãhã Wine Company came about over a good old Kiwi family get together. Three families, already exporting apples, meat and seafood, were chatting over a glass of wine discussing what business venture was next. The answer was right there in front of them – vino!
A fourth family joined the clan and in 2011 Hãhã launched with a bang…and a pop…and the occasional fizz.
This is their Haha Rose and they’ve used quality Merlot and Malbec fruit from the sunny Hawke’s Bay region, perfect for this deliciously approachable Rosé. Juicy, bright summery fruit flavours (think raspberry and watermelon!) with a refreshing dry finish. Enjoy it nicely chilled with a summer picnic!
