The Chef de Cave (fancy French name for Chief Winemaker) only produces Grand Vintage when he feels the grapes are of the highest standard and a first class wine can be crafted. It’s aged in Moet’s cellars for seven years before release, this is the 75th Grand Vintage Champagne in Moet’s long 276 year history!
