Only produced in years where the Chef de Cave (fancy French name for Chief Winemaker) at Moet & Chandon feels the grapes are of the highest standard. The 2012 vintage got the big tick and for the 43rd time in their history they’ve produced this famous pink Champagne, aged in Moet’s cellars for seven years before release.
