Using top parcels of fruit from this single vineyard Clare Valley site, aged for 20 months in French oak, this is the winery’s flagship Cabernet. It scored 92/100 by Huon Hooke (Aussie Master of Wine) who called it “full-bodied and rich, dense and packed with flavour and tannin…The wine is very full-throttle, jammy, high alcohol and elegant and fruit-sweet.” It also picked up Gold at the New World Wine Awards, the judges there collectively scoring it a whopping 95/100! Not bad!
