Don’t take our word for it. This is the Nautilus Estate Albarino from Marlborough and it’s up there with the best NZ examples of the style here in Aotearoa! Albariño (pronounced al-bar-een-yoh) is widely planted in Spain and Portugal but has become increasingly popular in the fridges of Kiwi wine guzzlers.
A Gold medal winner at the NZ International Wine show for the second year running! And also scoring 94/100 with Master of Wine Bob Campbell who was clearly loving this one. “A delicious albariño with classic citrus/mandarin/orange flavours.
