Ostler Caroline’s Pinot Noir

We thought they’d started growing grapes on the Waitakere Ranges out West Auckland but then we read the back label – Waitaki valley! Never heard of it? It’s one of NZ’s newest and coolest wine regions, quite literally (cool climate) between Canterbury and Otago in the middle of nowhere!

In fact it’s fast becoming recognised as one of the most exciting new wine regions in the new world. This is Ostler’s flagship wine, named in memory of the late Caroline Plummer an inspiring young dancer that helped plant the original vineyard block. Nothing but class, elegant, concentrated, rich and lush, this wine will impress!
