Good things take time, good wine takes time. Which is why the guys at Palmer & Co age their Champagnes longer than the strict French winemaking laws require and longer than most of their Champagne neighbours.
This is their non vintage Palmer & Co Champagne Brut Reserve and it’s aged for four years in the cellars before release instead of the 18 months that those Champagne laws require.
Palmer & Co started as a group of seven winegrowers in Reims, all owners of Premier and Grand Cru vineyards, back in the 1940s. A decade later they’d bought the cellars of a Champagne house and has now grown into a big international name, sold across the globe, and owners of over 200 hectares in Champagne land.
You may not have heard of these guys before, but trust us, this is Champagne of some real class for the money. Four times Gold medal winners at the Champagne & Sparkling Wine World Championships, Gold medals at the International Wine Challenge in London and the International Wine & Spirit Competition, Golds at the The Drink Business Awards and right here in Aotearoa multiple Gold medals at the NZ International Wine Show.
Limited stocks available in a Palmer & Co Champagne branded white gift box.
