Pirra…pirri…mimimi…mimma. Pirramimma Sparkling Shiraz! The name’s a mouthful and so’s the the wine!
Made by Pirramimma (all together now pirra-mim-ma!) this Sparkling Shiraz is produced from a winery that can boast some of McLaren Vale’s oldest vines.
Don’t settle for anything middle of the road – reach for the stars! And the moon. In fact “Pirramimma” is an aboriginal phrase for “the moon and the stars” – reach for a bottle of this and you’ll be over the moon.
A full bodied, rich red with dark berry fruits and silky tannins…and of course a bit of fizz in the flute! Here’s a few pointers if you’re new to Sparkling Shiraz. 1) Serve it chilled. 2) Try serving it with duck or turkey 3) This is the PERFECT wine to serve on Christmas Day!
