We love a bit of a giggle around here but when we saw the slogan for Project Paso was “Pioneering Pasobilities” we cringed a bit! Luckily they’re better at wine making than cracking witty puns.

Project Paso is all about the region, Paso Robles in California, and it’s an area that’s been going gang busters over the last decade or so. What was once an area with a lonely 20 wineries has exploded in popularity to over 200. Don Sebastiani and Sons are the producers of this one and they saw the opportunities in this neck of the woods well before most.

A rich, medium to full bodied Cabernet that’s had 12 months in oak. Cabernet’s the main grape in this part of the world (over a third of all plantings are Cabernet), find out what the fuss is all about!
