A golden branch (Rameau d’Or) from an enchanted tree delivered to a prince by an eagle to awaken a sleeping princess. You’d swear they’d downed something stronger than a glass of Provence Rosé when they came up with that story!
The prince wasn’t, well to put it kindly, the most handsome man in the kingdom. Just one leaf from the golden branch would give him youth, money like a Powerball winner and a much needed face lift. However, the prince decided to share the branch, and all that came with it, with those that needed it more. What a good bastard!
The moral of the story, it’s whats on the inside that counts.
On the inside here you’ll find a true Provence Rosé – pale in colour with fresh flavours like strawberries and summer berry fruits with a dry finish. And, unlike the prince, the outside ain’t too bad on the eye either!
