Skrewball is the creation of husband and wife duo Steve and Brittany from San Diego, California. After immigrating from Cambodia as a refugee Steve discovered many new things in western culture…including peanut butter!
Loving the flavour he later went on to create a best selling peanut butter whiskey cocktail at his bar and restaurant – a place known for misfits, colourful characters, black sheep…aka Skrewballs!. The punters went nuts for it – a smooth whisky cocktail with creamy peanut butter flavours and an unexpected mix of sweet and savoury! Delicious!

1½ parts. Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey
¾ part. Rye Whiskey
4 dashes Angostura Bitters
Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass. Pour into a rocks glass with one large ice cube. Garnish with a cherry and orange twist.
