Stoneleigh really let their hair down and went wild with the latest addition to their range, Stoneleigh Wild Valley Pinot Gris!
This is the expression of wine they called minimal intervention, which might sound lazy but it’s actually all about letting nature do most of the work. After picking grapes from their vineyards in Marlborough’s Rapaura district, they fermented a portion of the grapes using the wild-flora that naturally occurs in the Rapaura environment, making the wines richer with more texture.
And while it’s loaded with luscious, rich, stone fruit, pear and honey flavours it finishes dry. It’s totally delish.
