They tell us it’s got flavours of poached pear, cardamon and five spice with delicate notes of citrus blossom. Sheesh, we just thought this had hot summer day sipping written all over it – a deliciously juicy, zesty Pinot Gris with a lovely dry finish that’s well worthy of taking out the award for top Gris at NZ’s largest wine show.
