Tohu (pronounced tor-who) are Aotearoa’s first Maori owned wine company. The label features the famous New Zealand Koru, that iconic symbol slapped on the side of every plane in the national Air NZ fleet. It’s kind of ironic because on board you’ll find some of Tohu’s wines being served to the Business Class wine elite!

This is Tohu’s Syrah from one of New Zealand’s best Syrah producing regions – Hawke’s Bay. A fruit driven style Syrah with dark berry fruit flavours and a touch of peppery spice. If it’s kai time this is the red to enjoy with a cut of good old New Zealand beef or lamb!

    The Lowdown: 13% alc / 750ml / Screwcap
