    This deal's a sell out!

Wow, what an absolute belter of a deal this is! A premium label, double 5-Star rated Coonawarra Cabernet Merlot with several years bottle age under its belt, cellaring potential for a few more yet, made by the household name of bang for buck Aussie reds, Johnny Q aka Mr John Quarisa!

Named Treasures and featuring three children on the label, yep Treasures nappies did spring to mind! In fact these are Johnny Q’s kids, they’re his treasures and where he draws inspiration for what he does best.

Johnny crafted this blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon with 15% Merlot fruit from the Coonawarra region, aged 16 months in oak, with the intention of selling it exclusively into the restaurant trade in Aussie. That was the intention anyway! The Treasures range has an RRP of $20-25, and in exchange for buying up large we’ve been able to land it at this incredible, one-off price of fifteen bucks.

Make no mistake, this is quality! The wine was sent to two local NZ wine critics – both came back instantly with five star reviews…

    5 Stars (Raymond Chan)
“Medium-full bodied, the palate has rich and full, sweet and plush flavours of ripe dark plums with blackberries and mulberries”

    5 Stars (Sam Kim)
“A gorgeous red filled with dark fruit flavours together with seductive notes of bitter chocolate, vanilla, cedar and black olive…powerful and immensely appealing. At its best: now to 2021”

It’s medium to full bodied, loaded to the gunnels with rich, plush dark fruits. A signature style Johnny Q red with a step up in class – priced like one of his everyday reds. One of those deals you simply have to grab a case or two at this stunning price and with further cellaring potential of two to three years you can take your time tucking into them!
