Produced from selected vineyards in the Awatere Valley using high quality fruit and a meticulous attention to detail that this label deserves, in the words of the winemaker this is a "flavour explosion on the palate…fresh rosemary, thyme…with a refreshing mineral, flinty finish."
It got the big nod of approval from Bob Campbell ("weighty wine with impressive underlying power and a very lengthy finish") and Michael Cooper ("this is an exceptional Marlborough wine").
