Moet’s Rosé is pink, super glamorous and down right delicious but Moet’s “Chef de Cave” (winemaker) calls this style “Intense”. Intense in colour (a vibrant pinky/red hue) and intense in summery fruits (like strawberries, raspberries and cherries). A perfect Champagne to sip over the summer months – but let’s face it, would you say no to a flute in winter?
It suits foods that go well with berry flavours – try meaty fish like salmon and tuna, or grilled chicken, cold roast beef or lamb.
