Stoneleigh really let their hair down and went wild with the latest addition to their range, Stoneleigh Wild Valley Pinot Noir!
This is the expression of wine they called minimal intervention, which might sound lazy but it’s actually all about letting nature do most of the work!
After picking grapes from their vineyards in Marlborough’s Rapaura district they fermented a portion of the grapes using the wild-flora that naturally occurs in the Rapaura environment. This helps to make a Pinot with more richness, texture and complexity.
Pair it up with duck, lamb, venison or salmon dishes and drink now to 2028.
